Infinx Healthcare, backed by KKR and Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), has announced the launch of a new Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. This state-of-the-art facility aims to enhance healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes through advanced AI and machine learning technologies, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and faster decision-making to support healthcare providers.
As part of Infinx’s commitment to innovation and quality, the Madurai centre will be the company's eighth facility in India, joining locations in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. This expansion aligns with Infinx's mission to help U.S.-based healthcare providers optimize their revenue cycles, allowing them to concentrate more fully on patient care while achieving financial stability.
The new centre is expected to create approximately 700 job opportunities over the next five years, providing valuable employment for local talent. Infinx has also collaborated with respected educational institutions to recruit and train graduates, offering comprehensive training programs such as the ACE (Associate Competency Excellence) and GROW (Get Ready for Opportunities for Work) initiatives. These programs, along with digital e-learning platforms, will provide both technical and soft skills training, fostering future leaders within the organization.
In addition to its operational goals, Infinx is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, with a target of 35% diversity within two years at the Madurai centre. The company also plans to support community development through local initiatives, creating secondary employment opportunities and contributing to regional economic growth.
By establishing this CoE, Infinx Healthcare reaffirms its dedication to revolutionizing healthcare RCM, bringing enhanced support and efficiency to healthcare providers while positively impacting the Madurai community.
