India IVF, a leading tech-enabled fertility platform, has raised ₹10 Cr in pre-Series A funding from Tomorrow Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage healthcare businesses. This funding marks India IVF's first external investment since its founding in 2014 by Dr. Richika Sahay and Dr. Somendra Shukla. Operating profitably across five centers in North India, including locations in Delhi NCR and Srinagar, India IVF plans to use this investment to enhance access to fertility care in underserved regions across North India.
The funding will enable India IVF to reach more communities with advanced fertility solutions, addressing a critical need for accessible, high-quality care. Tomorrow Capital’s investment aligns with its commitment to supporting impactful healthcare ventures, following recent investments in VitusCare and IndiShreshtha.
Rahul Saha, Senior Principal at Tomorrow Capital, expressed strong support for India IVF’s mission, stating, “India IVF has shown exceptional growth and insight into the unique fertility challenges faced by Indian couples. With a patient-centric, tech-enabled approach, they deliver high-quality personalized care, addressing the emotional and social aspects of fertility treatment. We are excited to back a venture dedicated to improving fertility care access for underserved communities.”
Dr. Somendra Shukla, Co-Founder and CEO of India IVF, remarked, “This partnership empowers us to expand our network, bringing advanced fertility solutions to more families. We are excited to make a meaningful impact and grow India IVF into a trusted national brand.”
Co-Founder and Medical Director Dr. Richika Sahay emphasized the scope of infertility issues in India, noting, “Around 3 crore Indian couples face infertility, yet only 10% receive adequate care. With Tomorrow Capital’s support, we are well-positioned to make quality fertility care more accessible and affordable across North India.”
Through this investment, India IVF aims to reshape fertility care access, supporting couples in underrepresented regions and setting new standards in the field.
