Tulu Health debuts its AI Agent Platform integrated with WhatsApp, enabling easy, multilingual access to healthcare and financial support for all users.

Tulu Health, a healthtech and fintech startup established by experts from AIIMS, IIT, and Stanford, has introduced an innovative AI Agent Platform aimed at transforming healthcare accessibility. The platform is seamlessly integrated with WhatsApp and hospital websites, allowing users to access healthcare services without the need for new apps or digital skills. Designed with a mobile-first approach and multilingual support, it ensures intuitive, accessible, and personalized care for users, including those with limited digital literacy.
Launched on April 12, 2025, at Pullman Aerocity, Delhi, the platform offers tailored AI agents for both healthcare providers and patients. For hospitals, it enhances patient engagement, care continuity, and service utilization. For patients, the system provides AI-driven guidance for treatment decisions, access to financial aid, and a cashless care feature covering up to 180 days before and after hospitalization. It also includes voice-enabled features to support rural and first-time users.
Powered by generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and deep learning, Tulu’s platform integrates proprietary tools and global AI solutions from OpenAI and Anthropic.
Tulu Health is currently collaborating with state governments, hospital networks, and NBFCs for pilot implementations. It is also in discussions with prominent public health institutions such as AIIMS, GTB Hospital, and LNJP for broader adoption. With 80% of businesses exploring autonomous agents, India is emerging as a key player in Agentic AI, and Tulu Health is at the forefront of this transformation.
