TERN Group, a leading AI-powered healthcare recruitment platform, has successfully concluded its latest TERN Talent Tour, fostering Indo-German collaboration in workforce development. This initiative aligns with the Skill India Mission, backed by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, to enhance ethical migration pathways for Indian healthcare professionals.

The TERN Talent Tour, held across Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, and Düsseldorf, provided over 100 Indian nurses with fully sponsored trips to leading German hospitals. Through direct interviews, many secured immediate job placements, addressing Germany’s growing demand for skilled healthcare workers.

Avinav Nigam, Founder and CEO of TERN Group, emphasized that AI-driven recruitment ensures transparency and efficiency, benefiting both professionals and employers. The company is now India’s largest player in German healthcare recruitment and is set to achieve annual sales of ₹100 crore. Future expansion plans include North Africa, Central Asia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

TERN’s recruitment process includes structured German language training, AI-based assessments, and fully sponsored migration support, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates. With backing from key stakeholders, including German government officials and industry partners, TERN continues to promote ethical hiring practices.

The next TERN Talent Tour, scheduled for February 2025, will further expand its reach, reinforcing the company’s mission to create sustainable global employment opportunities.
