At SMRSC 2025, SS Innovations introduced SSI MantraM, India’s first Mobile Tele-Surgical Unit, designed to enhance robotic surgery access and remote healthcare delivery.

At the Robotic Surgery Conference 2025 (SMRSC), SS Innovations made history by unveiling SSI MantraM, India’s first Mobile Tele-Surgical Unit. This groundbreaking innovation is set to revolutionize remote surgical care, breaking geographical barriers and improving access to advanced robotic-assisted procedures.
SS Innovations, the creator of India’s first indigenous Surgical Robotic System – SSI Mantra, hosted SMRSC 2025 at The Leela, Gurgaon. The event attracted over 1,200 medical experts, fostering discussions on the future of robotic surgery.
The SSI MantraM Tele-Sync Mobile Unit integrates the SSI Mantra Surgical Robotic System, high-speed connectivity, and advanced telesurgery tools, enabling real-time collaboration between remote and on-site surgical teams. It ensures minimal latency, allowing expert surgeons to perform and guide complex procedures, even in underserved regions.
According to Dr. Sudhir Srivastava, Founder & Chairman of SS Innovations, SSI MantraM is more than a telesurgical unit—it’s a movement to democratize healthcare, providing not only robotic-assisted surgery but also tele-mentoring and surgical education.
SMRSC 2025 also featured visionary speakers, including Dr. Michio Kaku, Sonam Wangchuk, and Dr. Fredric Moll, who emphasized the transformative impact of AI, robotics, and quantum computing on surgery. The event showcased live telesurgery demonstrations, highlighting the future of remote and precision-driven medical care.
