Meru Life, an age-tech startup by Hareesh Tibrewala and Mihir Karkare, is set to redefine active senior living with innovative digital solutions.

Hareesh Tibrewala and Mihir Karkare have launched Meru Life, an age-tech startup dedicated to creating a comprehensive digital ecosystem for Active Seniors. The platform aims to help individuals aged 55-70 lead engaged, connected, and fulfilling lives.
The duo previously co-founded Mirum India (formerly Social Wavelength) in 2009, later expanding into the MarTech space in 2017. Recognizing the growing senior population in India—currently over 15 crore, projected to reach 35 crore by 2050—Meru Life seeks to shift the focus from elder care to empowerment and purposeful living.
Co-led by Mihir Karkare and Saurabh Garg (Founder, C4E), Meru Life has secured investment from Arun Kedia (MD, VAV Lipids) and Sanjay Mehta, who was also a co-founder at Mirum.
In the coming weeks, Meru Life will introduce innovative solutions tailored to the needs of Active Seniors. The platform will cover health, fitness, wellness, finance, hobbies, lifestyle, and purposeful engagement, ensuring seniors have access to resources that enhance their second innings of life.
