MediBuddy teams up with ELECOM to launch IoT smart health devices, offering personalized insights and better healthcare access across India.

MediBuddy has formed a strategic alliance with Japanese electronics company ELECOM to bring IoT-enabled smart health devices to India. This collaboration aims to enhance healthcare accessibility by integrating advanced digital health solutions into daily life.

In the initial phase, the focus will be on deploying ELECOM’s innovative healthcare products across India, addressing the growing prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases, which account for nearly six million deaths annually. By combining digital technology with healthcare, this initiative seeks to bridge the gap in medical accessibility and empower individuals with better health management tools.

A key aspect of this partnership is leveraging data from smart monitoring devices to provide personalized health insights and preventive care programs. These insights will enable more targeted interventions, helping users manage their health proactively. Additionally, all medical records from these devices will seamlessly integrate into the MediBuddy app, allowing doctors to access real-time patient data and enhance treatment efficiency.

Beyond distribution, MediBuddy and ELECOM will co-develop products tailored to India’s healthcare needs, including weighing scales, body composition analyzers, and blood pressure monitors, ensuring that essential health monitoring becomes more accessible and efficient for individuals nationwide.
