Geri Care Health Services, a leading geriatric-focused healthcare provider, has launched a new assisted living centre in Bengaluru. Located on St. John’s Road, Ulsoor, this 100-bed facility is designed to offer comprehensive care for the elderly in a home-like environment with 24/7 medical support.

This milestone follows a successful funding round from a healthcare-focused private equity firm, fueling Geri Care’s expansion into new regions. The Bengaluru centre caters to seniors requiring constant supervision, with round-the-clock access to in-house doctors and trained geriatric nurses.

The facility includes a High Dependency Unit (HDU) for patients needing intensive care and a dedicated Mind and Memory Unit for those with dementia. It provides a wide range of services such as post-hospitalisation recovery, rehabilitation, dementia care, palliative support, and respite care.

In addition to medical care, the centre offers senior-friendly rooms, holistic wellness programs, recreational lounges, social engagement spaces, continuous entertainment, and connectivity. Nutrition is also a priority, with personalized meals curated by expert dietitians. The facility features a geriatric multispecialty day clinic with visiting specialists, a physiotherapy unit, and a daycare service for seniors.

Geri Care extends its services to home care within a 5 km radius, offering doctor consultations, nursing support, lab tests, and physiotherapy. The company plans to open a second assisted living facility in Sarjapur, Bengaluru, and is actively expanding in South India, with new centres underway in Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Kochi.
