BorderPlus, a global workforce solutions provider, has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to enhance career opportunities for Indian healthcare professionals. As a non-funded partner, BorderPlus will facilitate German language training to help Indian caregivers, including nurses and healthcare professionals, secure employment in Germany and the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
This collaboration aims to bridge skill gaps and create structured pathways for Indian healthcare workers seeking international careers. By providing industry-aligned training, BorderPlus and NSDC will equip candidates with the necessary skills to thrive in the global job market.
Ayush and Mayank, Co-founders of BorderPlus, emphasized their commitment to building a strong ecosystem that supports Indian talent in accessing global career opportunities.
