Birla Fertility and IVF have taken a significant stride in their expansion journey with the acquisition of ARMC IVF Fertility Centre, marking their foray into South India.

With this strategic move, Birla Fertility & IVF, currently operating 30 centres, will extend its reach across Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, now boasting a total of 37 centres nationwide.

Akshat Seth, Vice Chairman of C K Birla Healthcare, expressed the company's commitment to raising awareness and delivering reliable fertility treatments. He highlighted the acquisition as a means to strengthen their presence in the South, catering to a broader audience and solidifying their position as a leading provider of fertility and IVF services in India.

In addition to IVF, Birla Fertility and IVF offer a comprehensive range of services encompassing gynecological procedures, male fertility procedures, laparoscopic procedures, genetic screening, diagnostics, and donor services, further enhancing their holistic approach to reproductive healthcare.

Following the acquisition, Dr. K.U. Kunjimoideen, founder of ARMC, and the existing team, including doctors of ARMC, will continue to oversee operations at these centres in collaboration with Birla Fertility & IVF. This seamless transition ensures continuity of care and expertise, assuring patients of continued quality service provision.
